When we met with and interviewed Josh (owner) as potential vendors my thoughts were wow, sharp, professional, if their work is half as good as their presentation, it will be awesome. I hired them to pressure wash and touch up my communities 34 townhouse buildings, 172 units (who’s paint job is 5years old) Not only was their price and proposal excellent, Their work and finished product was OUTSTANDING! They did exactly what they said they would do efficiently and effectively with attention to detail. We gave them another community of 13 buildings, 91 unit’s to paint. Suncoast has done a remarkable job with concrete restoration, waterproofing, and painting. It’s beautiful and of all the other similar efforts that have been attempted over the past 35 years, Suncoast has performed more professionally and skillfully than any of the other contractors we have engaged in the past.

Good morning Josh, I know that you are almost done, and your project manager is cleaning up and getting all of your stuff together to start a new job. I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU for everything. Your team was a pleasure to deal with and addressed all of our issues and always had such a positive attitude even when dealing with very difficult residents! I know it wasn’t easy for them to set up and navigate around the building as they were blocked at different times with the deck project and then having to coordinate with moving around your swing stages for the roof and terrace replacement. You have been part of our team and we will miss you. Thank you for finishing our project early even with all the extra stucco work and repairs.
